Instructions sample kits

Have you received a sample kit? Then you are in the right place. Here you will find the explanation on how best to perform your sampling. Watch every step carefully! Sample collection is the first crucial step to a quality analysis. Make sure your hands are always washed before you open a sample kit and start your sampling. If you find sampling exciting, ask someone to help you.

Before you start your sample collection you need to register your sample kit. You can do this here or via the QR code on your sample kit. Once your sample kit is activated, a questionnaire will appear. Fill it out after taking your samples. Attention: after taking your samples, it is best to keep them cool and closed in the fridge.

Your sample kit includes a return ticket. You need this to send your samples, once collected in the ziplock bag and in the package, back to our lab. Simply stick the return ticket on the package and drop it off at the post office.

If there are any questions about the sample kit, sampling and shipping, be sure to take a look at our FAQ or contact us via our contact form.
