How should I take samples?
The sample kits are non-invasive, very accessible and easy to use. A manual is included with the sample kit; it is also available online including instructional videos for greater clarity.

How do I store my samples and for how long may I do so?
Samples should be returned to the laboratory as soon as possible after collection. In the period between sample collection and sample shipment, the sample should be kept in the refrigerator.
Saliva fails to produce 2 ml?
Move your tongue excessively and rub it on the inside of your cheeks. Take your time and stay calm. If difficulties persist, contact us through the contact form.
