How should I return the sample kit?

Included in the sample kit is the return ticket. The return ticket can then be glued to the package to put in the mail.

You can track the status of quality control on the platform. If the quality of your sample is substandard, Cosmolabo will contact you.

After registering and sending in your samples, you can follow up the stages of the analysis on the platform.
