My sample kit hasn't arrived yet?

The sample kit will be shipped 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed. You will receive an email from us once the package has been delivered to the shipping company. You can then follow up on the package via the shipping company (Bpost, Postnl, UPS, DPD, etc.).

If you received the sample kit damaged, please report it via the contact form. Please report the damage in detail here. Cosmolabo will send a new sample kit if we decide that the sample can no longer be taken correctly.

An order can be placed through one of our outlets/partners. You can contact them for further follow-up.
